Coming Soon!! The New Dudley Village

(50 units of multi-family rental):

These are 50 units of new construction, multi-family rental housing. They will be built on public land and on private parcels that DBEDC has bought adjacent to our Cottage Brook Apartments, which is a 147 unit multi-family in the core of our service area in the Uphams Corner-Dudley Street corridor. Formerly the site of a  bar, this development will transform five parcels, create three common green spaces, a tot lot, and five commercial spaces.  We are working closely with the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) and their land trust.
